Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, IBPS has conducted the IBPS Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee preliminary examination on October 7, 8, 14 and 15. Candidates who have written the examination are now waiting for the declaration of the results. The official notification hints at the release of results in the month of October. As per the past trends too, sources and experts suggest that IBPS is likely to release IBPS PO Prelims 2017 results on October 25.

The experts from the industry, however feel that the results for IBPS PO Prelims are expected to be released within the next ten days. Tentatively, the past trends suggest that the results are most likely to be released on October 25. Sources have also suggested that though Diwali Holidays are upon us, IBPS may just release the results sooner than that day.
In the past, IBPS has released the PO Preliminary results about 10 days after the examination. Though, many sources have suggested results to be declared earlier, experts explain that the results are often released followed by scores and then the admit cards for the main examinations. Since the IBPS PO Main Examination 2017 is scheduled for November 26, the institute is most likely to release the Admit Cards latest by November 10.
Hence, in order to process the results and then prepare the Admit Cards to be released on time, IBPS may release the IBPS PO Prelims 2017 results latest by October 25. Even the official notification released at the time of the announcement of IBPS PO 2017 examination suggests that the result is most likely by next week. Usually, IBPS is very quick in calculating the prelims results since the examinations are now online.
